Holdfast is open Friday through Sunday with one seating per night at 7:00pm
We offer a 9 course menu with 5 paired beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) for $90 before gratuity.
Every Monday night, starting July 25th, we will host Deadshot, an a la carte bar night,
from 8:00pm-12:00am. No reservation required!
On Thursday, August 25th, we are bringing two amazing chefs to come cook with us. Danielle Signore who runs Pratum Botanicals, and Eve Kuttemann, the force behind the Sage Hen Dessert Series, are two chefs and friends we have respected for years. If you've ever eaten at Holdfast and wondered where we got the amazing tiny herbs and flowers we garnish our plates with, that would be Danielle. She manages gardens for the top restaurants in town and we plan on celebrating the August abundance of her garden with this dinner. Eve has run the pastry programs at many outstanding Portland restaurants, as well as her own Sage Hen series.Cost for this (and all collaboration dinners is) $125 before gratuity. We will be serving 12+ courses, 5+ wines.
